Worthington Location

Teller

Applicant Requirements:

The position of Teller is responsible for performing routine customer services duties, accepting loan payments, assisting with night depository duties, promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.  The position of Teller is also required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of new accounts and safe deposit boxes.  They will also be held accountable for knowing and understanding the bank’s information security policies.

Ag Lender

Applicant Requirements:

  • Generate loan opportunities through business development.
  • Develop new loans and manage the existing loan portfolio.
  • Perform annual credit reviews and customer site visits.
  • Assist with some day-to-day operations of the bank.
  • Provide a great customer experience.
  • Preferably a 2-year degree in a related field.

An Ag Lender is responsible for providing excellent service to existing and prospective customers seeking agricultural loans.  They develop favorable credit relations with agricultural customers and promote other banking services as opportunities arise.

 

Sioux Falls Location

Universal Banker

Applicant Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Team player with the ability to be flexible and multitask while paying close attention to details.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist customers with opening new accounts and daily transactions.
  • Promote bank products and services.
  • Respond to in-person and telephone inquiries.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations at the bank.
  • Provide a superior customer experience.
