Guarantee Program
Provides loan guarantees for farmers to obtain financing for farm

- Rural Finance Authority
Provides below market fixed interest rates for purchasing farm
real estate and completing physical improvements to the farming
enterprise. Provides additional funding for debt restructure,
livestock expansion projects, and purchase of "value added
stock" in Minnesota value added co-ops.
- Farmer Mac
Provides long term fixed rate financing for the purchase or refinancing
